Synopsis

A collection of comics and stories, including -- "Jasper Crow's Indian Tax Bill" , featuring the Black Condor :   When Senator Wright sides with the Indians on a proposed tax bill, Jaspar Crow objects because he stands to gain from it. A group of fifth columnists incites the Indians, who then turn on the tax collectors, forcing the Condor to use his Black Ray to help turn some of the Indians to his side. -- "The Monster Men" , featuring the Spider :   In Manhattan, green gas was unleashed by the Green Horde, an army of monster men. The Spider succumbed to the gas and was taken beneath the streets to their leader, who claims that his network of caverns crisscrossed the Earth and he can release the green gas globally. PLUS :  The Red Torpedo, Spitfire, the Clock, Madam Fatal, and more!!
